Ian has lived and worked in Japan for more than 10 years, first visiting Niseko in 1997.

Originally from Scotland, he is a director of Niseko Powder Connection, Niseko Summer Connection and Niseko Ground Service.

He enjoys spending time with his two kids, skiing in winter and golfing in summer.

He has extensive experience in the Niseko area and has looked after guests for more than 6 years.

Jeff first visited Niseko in 2000.

Originally from America, he has been living in Japan for over 6 years.

Jeff is the manager of Niseko Powder Connection and Niseko Summer Connection.

During winter Jeff will be hiking the backcountry around the Niseko area to find that perfect line to snowboard, his summers are spent enjoying the beautiful sunny days surfing at nearby beaches.

Kana Fujiyama is born and bred in Hokkaido. A love of the outdoors forced her to escape the city life of Sapporo.

Spending several seasons in Canada and Perisher Blue, Australia, Niseko has been considered home for the last 4.5 years.

A self confessed powder addict, she can be seen busting through clouds of powder all over the mountain during the winter and soaking up the natural Hokkaido lifestyle during summer.

Kana is the NPC Communications Manager for the team.

Ben originally came to Japan as an English teacher; he has now been living and working in Japan for more than 5 years.

First visiting Niseko in 2002 he is now the backbone and manager of sales and reservations for Niseko Powder Connection and Niseko Summer Connection.

A keen photographer, snowboarder and a valuable member of the Hirafu FC - the local football club, he also enjoys spending time with his i-pod while traveling around the world.
