Blue Skies and no crowds!

Tue 16th Dec 2008

Another great morning of riding in Niseko! 10 cm of fresh powder and no lines for the lifts. Temperatures have started to rise slightly and we may see some rain tomorrow with more snow on Friday.

Overnight Snow in the Village!

Tue 4th Nov 2008

Niseko received its first real snowfall last night. It is still snowing in the village with about 10cm on the ground and more on the hill. Warmer temperatures are expected for the next two days with more snow forecasted for Friday night. All signs point to an early start to the 08/09 season!

Sunshine

Tue 19th Feb 2008

Temperatures are below freezing today, but a lack of wind and bright sunshine makes it feel quite warm in the village. The courses are in perfect condition and Mt. Yotei is clearly visible from the slopes. Get your cameras out!

Epic Conditions

Fri 15th Feb 2008

After two days of high winds that have kept the upper lifts from running, the storm has finally passed. Today was probably the deepest powder day of the season so far and tomorrow should be just as good.

High Winds

Wed 13th Feb 2008

High winds have kept the upper lifts closed all morning. Once the storm passes, conditions on the hill should be excellent. After 5 days of no powder, Niseko is back on form.
